Mystery Films, Action & More! Filmmaking Workshop

This creative filmmaking workshop invites gifted Year 2 & 3 students to explore the world of movie genres — action, mystery, comedy, documentary and adventure — discovering how each uses different storytelling techniques, camera choices and creative effects. Students will be guided through planning, performing and creating their own short film, with returning students able to extend their skills and newcomers fully supported to build confidence. In the afternoon, everyone collaborates to plan, shoot and star in their own genre-based short film — perfect for young storytellers and budding filmmakers.
